REFLECTION

 Experience - During these 14 weeks, I learned a lot about fonts and characters. I changed the appearance of the letters a little to express the meaning of the letters, and I created a GIF that expressed the meaning of the letters by combining several types of patterns. We also learned about the placement and appearance of text on a page, and also learned about designing easy-to-read text. And finally, you learned how to create your own fonts.

 Observations - Having learned so much new knowledge in this typography class, I have definitely become able to analyze type and all its nuances with unprecedented precision. I also realized that there is a lot of typography in our daily lives, and that typography has a great influence on our daily lives.

 Findings - Over the past 14 weeks, I've started reading and using the texts I'd been casually reading and the fonts I'd been casually using, paying careful attention to the details. Even in the act of reading a text, I have become more concerned about the placement of the letters, the maximum number of characters in a line, and their position in relation to photos and text. After taking this semester's Typography class, I realized that typography is very important in improving verbal communication and sharing ideas and information with others.
