WORK

Themed Scene Based Modeling.

In this assignment, I will create a scene-based environment model based on the given concept. The final output will be presented in either a diorama or isometric format.

( Completed Modeling without coloring )

This is the completed model without coloring. I modeled a diorama of a neon-lit street restaurant. The model was created using a single cube as the base, utilizing extrusion and other functions to complete the design.

The top three photos were found online to grasp the concept and atmosphere of a neon street.

( Completed Modeling's wile flame )

To create the pipes running along the side of the building, I used rectangular curves and designed them to resemble those commonly found on buildings in actual neon-lit streets.
For the parts I wanted to illuminate, I used the same method as when creating the pipes. I copied and duplicated a section of the original cube, added curvature to make it resemble a pipe, and attached it to the original cube.

( Completed modeling with color )

Next, for the coloring part, I drew inspiration from reference images and chose a primary blue-purple color, adjusting the lighting color and the pipe color to match. Since I wasn't sure how to model the interior of the store, I decided to make the area visible through the windows by painting the window glass white and making it glow. This created the effect of light reflecting off the glass, maintaining the neon street vibe while using the maximum ability I had at the time to come up with creative solutions.

( Final completed piece )

Finally, I edited the surface of the glowing areas to adjust the color, making the model feel more like a store in a neon street environment.

In summary, unlike the sword I created in Project 1 by combining parts from previous tasks, for Project 2, I used techniques like extrusion on a single shape to create the model. This method made me feel my growth, and I found it very enjoyable and rewarding.
